Relaxation
When faced with a challenge or something we’re afraid of, such as a visit to the dentist, our bodies produce chemicals that raise our anxiety. We can, however, train our bodies to work against this anxiety by learning to relax. swiss smile knows it’s not possible to be anxious and relaxed at the same time, so we have on hand specially trained practitioners to help you to keep your anxiety under control.
You can practice relaxation techniques at home. Some people find that meditation and yoga work well too.
