Reception and lounge

When you walk through the door at swiss smile you’ll be greeted by our team of very approachable receptionists, who will answer any questions that you may have and do their best to put you at ease.

After checking in at reception you’ll be shown to the lounge to wait for your treatment. You’ll be offered refreshments, and you’ll be able to relax in a soft leather chair beside a cosy fireplace.

At this point, you might even forget why you’re here, and imagine yourself to be staying at a luxurious spa!
We offer easy access for wheelchairs, and there is also a lift to take our clients between floors.
